I created my teacher account but it says I don't have any classes or students. How do I fix this?

If you received this type of message:

a. You may have created your teacher account before your schools data was received and processed
b. You still have an active Penda teacher account, but Penda did not receive school data that shows courses or classes linked to your name

To get your classes established and student accounts created: 

1. Watch the video above for step-by-step directions in completing the Penda Learning - Onboarding Data (.xlsx) file with student and staff data. You may also refer to Penda Learning's Guidelines for Student Data (.pdf) for details regarding the mandatory student data necessary and the format of which the data is needed.
2. The completed Penda Learning - Onboarding Data file should then be sent to [e-mail] for processing. Please be sure to include your district and school name.
