How do I reset a student's account password? Follow
If students are experiencing issues logging into their Penda account, try resetting the student’s password as follows:
From the Learners Tab:
- Use the search fields on the left to efficiently find a student, or scroll through your list of learners to find the student who needs a password reset.
- Click the check-box to the left of the student's name. If needed, you may reset multiple student passwords at once, by selecting multiple check-boxes.
- Then click Reset Passwords at the bottom of the page. Confirm the student or students selected, then click “Yes-Reset Passwords”.
The student password will be reset to match their user ID and a confirmation message will appear.
