How to Add a Custom Name to a Class
Overview
- Teachers often prefer to personalize class names in Penda to better match their teaching style, grade-level conventions, or internal naming systems.
- Instead of using the default course name or code provided by the school or district, adding a custom class name can help keep classes organized and easily recognizable. For example, "Rivera, Earth Science - Period 2" or "Jones, Grade 6 - Block A."
- The custom name feature gives you the flexibility to name your classes in a way that makes the most sense for you.
