How to Access Pre-Made Reports in Report Manager (Teacher) 

Skip the setup and dive straight into your data. The Teacher Class Mastery and Teacher Class Gradebook reports are are designed to save you time. They are already formatted, organized, and ready to use—making them your go-to option when you need quick insights without extra setup.

Step 1:  Access Report Manager

• From the left navigation menu, click on Reports
• Click on Report Manager

Step 2: Select the Pre-Made Report to view

• By default, you will see the Pre-Made Reports tab and a list of the reports available.
• Each class has a Mastery and Gradebook report. 

Pre-Made Reports

	Teacher Class Mastery	shows the last 25 standards assigned
	Teacher Class Gradebook	shows the last 25 activities assigned

⚠️Note: Reports are updated once an hour

Class Mastery Report

The Class Mastery report gives you a snapshot of how your class is performing on the 25 most recent standards assigned. 

• Quickly see which standards need review or reteaching.
• Monitor overall class progress against the most recent 25 standards.
• Download quarterly to keep a running record of all standards throughout the year.

Class Gradebook Report

The Class Gradebook report displays student performance on the last 25 activities assigned. 

• Review recent assignments at a glance.
• Identify students who may need additional support on specific activities.
• Download quarterly to keep a running record of all assignments throughout the year.

Why Use Pre-Made Reports?

If you’re short on time, pre-made reports are the fastest way to access class performance data. Since they’re automatically updated and ready to go, you don’t need to configure settings before reviewing results.
