How to Create a Custom Report to Track Student Mastery by Standard (per Quarter)
This report helps teachers and administrators monitor how many students have attempted and mastered (80% or higher) selected standards, broken down by class. It’s especially useful for weekly tracking, school or class competitions, or progress monitoring. Once created, the report can be reused by simply updating the date range.
Before you begin, you’ll need:
- A list of standards to track for the reporting period
- This can be obtained from your PAS plan calendar. From the left nav bar, select a Class → Scroll down to Class menu → Select the PAS plan for the current marking period. Make sure boxes are checked for Past and Future assignments → Scroll through the calendar and jot down all of the standards that were assigned.
- ⚠️ Current limit: up to 10 standards per custom report. If needed, create multiple reports (e.g., Part 1 / Part 2)
- 💡 Tip: Create one saved report per grade or reporting period to reuse all year.
Step 1: Open Report Manager
- From the left navigation menu select Reports
- Click on +Create New Report
Step 2: Create a New Report
