How to View Individual Student Answers
As a teacher, you can drill down into any assignment to see exactly how a student answered each question. This is a powerful tool for identifying specific misconceptions, providing targeted feedback, or conducting 1-on-1 student conferences.
Step 1: Access Your Assignments
- From the left navigation bar, under Teacher, click Assignments.
Tip: Scroll through the list or use the search bar to find an assignment by name. You can also view assignments by date range and sort by due or past due.
Step 2: Select the Assignment Report
Locate the specific assignment you want to review.
Find the assignment by name.
Click the View icon
on the right side of the assignment row.
Step 3: Locate the Student
You will now see a list of students who were given that assignment.
Once you find the student, click the Expand icon
to view all the activities in the assignment.
Click the View icon
next to the activity you want to view the attempts and answers for.
Step 4: Review Attempts and Answers
Navigate through each screen by clicking Next or back in the lower right corner.
Identify Errors: Correct student answer choices are marked in Green. View the green box at the bottom of the screen to determine the number of correct answers a student received on the screen.
Available at the top of each screen is the ability to:
Switch Students: Use the dropdown to select a different student who completed the activity.
Switch Attempts: Toggle between First, Best, and Last attempts.
View Student Score: Score is based on the selected attempt (First, Best or Last)
View Time: Shows activity time and screen time based on the selected attempt (First, Best or Last)
