How to View a PAS Plan Schedule, Preview Activities, View Instructional Guides and Assign Now

The guide explains how to view PAS Plans by navigating to "My Classes" and selecting "PAS Plans." Users can view future or past assignments, assign skipped assignments, preview activities, and access instructional guides within the PAS Plans Assignment Calendar.

How to View PAS Plans

1. Navigate to My Classes and select the desired class.
2. Under the Class section, click on PAS Plans
   *If there are no PAS Plans listed, your school or district may not participate in the service. Contact Penda Support to verify.

Viewing the PAS Plan Assignment Calendar and Assign Now

From the PAS Plans screen, click on the view icon next to the PAS Plan.

From here, you can:

1. View Future Assignments 

Viewing future assignments is the default view.  From here you will see the dates, Assignment Names, and Activities within the Assignments to be issued

2. View Past Assignments

Select the Past Assignments box, and unselect the Future Assignments box.

3. Assign Now for Skipped Assignments

When viewing Past Assignments, click the Assign Now icon to issue an assignment previously skipped due to opting out of PAS

Preview Activities

• From the PAS Plans Assignment Calendar, click on the Preview Activities icon .next to the activity you want to preview. 

 

View Instructional Guide

• From within in the Activity Preview, you can access the Instructional Guides by clicking on the View Guide icon
