How to Access Your Teacher Account

Step 1: Navigate to pendalearning.com

• From any web browser, navigate to pendalearning.com
• Click LOGIN found in the top right corner of the screen
• Select your role to be taken to the Penda login screen

Step 2: Enter your Penda credentials

• Username: your full school email address
• Password: The first time you log in, you will also use your username as your password. You will be prompted to change your password before accessing Penda.

Step 3: Sign-in

• Click Sign In

Home:

• Anytime you want to get back to the home screen, just click here.

Support:

• Access help articles, resources, and contact our support team.

Training:

Universal Search Bar

• Helps you quickly locate students, teachers, or assignments without having to navigate through multiple screens. More details are at this link: How to Use the Universal Search Bar

Account Settings Profile Icon

• Select Settings to:
  • Set period to log out of Penda after inactivity. (Off, 15min, 30min or 1 hour)
  • Change your password.  More details are at this link: Change Your Teacher or Admin Account Password
  • Manage your SSO connection

Summary blocks 

Students:

• Total number of students in ALL classes you are enrolled in (on Penda).
• Active students using Penda in the last week. Can be used as quick gauge of student usage in Penda.

Assignments:

• Visual summary of assignments issued with breakdowns of future, current, past due and expired.
• Use the dropdown to select different classes.

Leaderboard

• A central hub for tracking student effort and points earned across your classes.
• Use the dropdown to select different classes, groups, and individual students.
