Multi-Product Assignments + Global Activity Search

Staff can now build a single assignment using activities from multiple products and grade levels they have access to. When selecting activities, users can search across all accessible products and choose between global search or product-only search. The My Favorites filter also works across products (not just within one product), making it easier to reuse saved activities no matter where they live.

Group Creation Improvement

When creating groups, users can now search by student name and—depending on the step in the workflow—also search by teacher name, helping staff find the right users faster during setup.

Class Settings Update - Gamification Settings

Gamification features (SpaceCRAFT Collaborative Mission and the Avatar Store) can be toggled off during Class Hours. SpaceCRAFT and the Avatar Store have separate settings, so you can disable one without affecting the other if needed. These toggles are set by a teacher or staff member, making it easy to limit game features to appropriate times.

PAS Plans: “Assessment Mode” Options

PAS plans can now be created by assignment type (standard or assessment) and settings configured for each PAS assignment, including options for retries, student review, post-due access, Immersive Reader, and per-assignment auto-grading controls for subjective questions. Please discuss this option with your Customer Success Manager.

Clever Updates

Clever Secure Sync support has been added/updated. The Clever SSO workflow was also streamlined so selecting “Login with Clever” now redirects directly to the SSO app, simplifying the sign-in experience.
