How to View Assignment Reports (Admin)
Penda Science provides administrators with powerful, real-time data to monitor student performance and mastery across multiple classes or schools. Use the Assignment Report to identify learning gaps and track the effectiveness of science instruction.
The Assignments Report key data points includes:
Mastery Levels (Color-Coded): Green (80%+), Yellow (60-79%), Red (<59%): Allows for "at-a-glance" identification of students who are struggling or excelling.
Average Score per Class: Helps gauge if the entire class found a concept difficult, indicating a need for a whole-group review.
Attempt-by-Attempt Data: Shows how many times a student tried an activity, helping to distinguish between a student who guessed and one who persisted.
AI Feedback (Written Responses): Provides immediate insights into student reasoning without manual grading for every entry.
Completion Time Stamps: Useful for verifying if students are working during designated hours or if they are rushing through activities too quickly.
View Answers (Screen-by-Screen): Pinpoints the exact "point of failure" or misconception for a student during individual conferences.
