District and School Admin Quick-Start Guide
Your Penda Learning District or School Admin account provides you with district- and school-wide visibility into implementation and student progress. It is designed to help leaders monitor usage, support instructional initiatives, and ensure every school is maximizing the impact of Penda Science.
1. Access Your Admin Account
- Direct Web Login: Visit www.pendalearning.com, click Log In in the top-right corner, then select School Admin or District Admin.
- SSO: Look for the Penda Learning tile inside your Clever portal or ClassLink LaunchPad.
Admin Credentials:
- Username: your full school email address
- Password: Provided by your District or School, alternatively click here to reset your password and have a password reset link sent to you directly via email.
Take note: While admins do not have to enter an Account ID, students will be prompted to enter an Account ID in addition to their Username and Password.
- Click Sign In
Pro-Tips:
Password Length: Your new password must be at least 8 characters long.
Forgotten Passwords: If you cannot log in to access these settings, use the Forgot Password link on the login page to receive a reset link via your school email.

These resources are designed to help your schools implement Penda Science consistently and effectively throughout the year.

3 - Start Supporting Your District or School
Once you're logged in, use you can:
- Monitor implementation and student engagement across every school.
- View teacher and student progress toward standards mastery.
- Assign activities to classes, groups, or individual students when intervention or enrichment is needed.
Troubleshooting:
- If after using the Forgot Password link you do not receive an email, it may be for various reasons:
- It may be in your email program's spam folder.
- The email address on in Penda may differ from the one you are entering. If you have an alternate school or district email, try entering that one, or contact Penda Support for additional assistance.
- Teacher accounts are created through rostering files submitted to Penda. You must be assigned to a specific class for your teacher account to be activated. Please check with your school's master scheduler to confirm your class assignment, then contact Penda Support if you still need help.
- You do not have an active Penda account, contact Penda Support and provide the specific class(es) and course(s) you expect to have access to. The more details you provide, the quicker we can help.
- After clicking on the Penda tile from within your SSO you are directed to the Penda login screen.
- No worries, enter your PENDA credentials as noted above. This is a 1-time process to authenticate your Penda account with the SSO, and after it's completed, you will not have to enter your username or password again.
